Contest Surfing

These were taken at the WCT Pipeline Pro 2005, and the 2005 & 2006 Boost Mobile Pro Trestles.

Perhaps one of the most famous surfbreaks in the world, aka Bonzai Pipeline, it is also one of the most deadly. What you don't see is all the coral just below the surface of the water.

Trestles is considered the most high-performance wave in the US. Big barrels are extremely rare, but aerials and power turns rule the day here.
